but they have a program, that i don't know what the program is, so i need some one to help me find out what program they are using
How do i make msn emoticons?
um u can just search the google and type msn emoticons....
or go to messengerfreak.com then right click on the emoticon u like then save picture as... then go on msn then click menu %26gt; tools %26gt; emoticons %26gt; create %26gt; find image %26gt; then put a character then click ok.
and yer. thats it.
