What site can you go to create your own MSN emoticons ?
you dont need a website, its built into msn. Just get a picture of what you want the smiley to be, and go to smileys, view all smiley, then create. The options might be a little different on different versions on msn, but you can still do it. make sure that the pics are small, bigger ones will be resized and look horrible.
Reply:Like the other person said you can go to where the emoticons are and then click 'create' then 'browse' and go through your pictures and add them like that. You could also get some from sites like:

You can also make emoticons talk, kinda! Just click on the mess.be website above and click on 'customize'. Just have a play, if nothing else it's just a bitta fun!
