How to remove msn emoticons?

I want to remove all the emoticons like the :P and :D ones, and replace them with my own, how can I do this?

Reply:Just tried this, Click on the add emotion button. select more, and then create. It should come up with a pop up saying Add A Custom Emotion. Add the picture and then the keyboard shortcut and then it should be done.
