How do you make emoticons for MSN?
not sure what you are meaning, but I know 2 ways to get new emoticons for MSN.
#1.at the bottom or side of your MSN, depending on the version, there is a happy face. click on that, then click on one of the options, and click download, for free.
#2. when you are chatting, click on the first happy face, and click on show all. then, click on create, and browse. that is all I know.
