Install them from any sites like: www.sweetim.com or www2.kiwee.com.There are many sites for moving emoticons.

Reply:First you must save them on your hard drive.
1) go to Messenger and click on Tools 鈫?Emoticons 鈫?Create
2) click on "Find Image" button 鈫? navigate to the place where you saved your animated image ... when you found it click Open
3) give it a name or keep the existing name
4) click OK
