because i found some in photobucket but i dont know how to get them and they're supposed to move.....i know how to get the one's that aren't moving........but i really want to get the one's that are moving... T_T
How do you get msn emoticons that are supposed to move????
i use a program called icon backup. its at http://www.iconbackup.com
icon backup allows you to browse, save, and backup your msn messenger emoticons, avatars, and backgrounds.. works great for me now to transfer between home and work computers and trade!
